I am the Board of Directors for my Home Owners Association, and I keep in contact with each homeowner either by email, walking my neighborhood or phone calls. I announce each transaction to each homeowner, and I know homeowners appreciate knowing the prices of Listings and Solds in our immediate community.
I have a personalized postcard that I mail out with updates in each community, and since I specialize in Bay front homes, I follow that market very carefully and inform the homeowners in each community in the Newport Harbor.
Occasionally , I will create a video and post the video on various social media outlets. I share the virtual tours for potential clients who visit my Open House, and they walk away with the Virtual Tour Disk of the home they just visited. My basic strategy is to stay in front of my past, present, and future clients at all times.
Additionally, I belong to Sharper Agent where we create an email notification for each New Listing, In Escrow, and Just Sold. Clients learn each level of the transaction as I go along with the Sale Process. I also have a slogan on my personalized postcards- RENEE WEST DOES IT AGAIN. It is amazing how many times I will meet an individual who comes up to me and says “Renee West does it Again”. 🙂
