The Related Group is painting yet another masterpiece onto Miami’s skyline.

The condominium developer—the largest in the nation—is thrilled to present Paraiso Bay, a luxurious residential comprised of twin 53-story towers, tucked between Biscayne Boulevard and the Bay at NE 31st Street.

Conceptualized by Arquitectonica, the posh address will offer a resort-like, paradisiacal lifestyle with its seemingly infinite list of onsite amenities, which includes a luxury spa, a tennis center, a one-acre waterfront park, a wine cellar, a state-of-the-art fitness hub, a screening room, a private marina, a clubroom with billiards, and a cigar lounge with private humidors.

The property’s exquisite landscaping will reportedly be imagined by Swiss designer Enzo Enea. Additionally, the development’s Bayfront Beach Club will also offer an exclusive sand-beach area with a private pool for serious sunbathers, along with a lounge ideal for private events.

Styled by London-based firm United Designs, the building’s residences—which shall range from one- to four-bedroom units—will all showcase open-concept, flow-thru floor plans; floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beach and bay views; wide private terraces; sizable his and hers closets; and private elevator access and entry foyers.

Their gourmet kitchens will each be equipped with European custom cabinetry, as well as Bosch and SubZero appliances, while their plush baths will boast imported stone vanity tops and porcelain flooring, spacious soaking tubs, and double vessel bowl lavatories.

Though the project’s ground has only recently been broken, the ambitious undertaking has already attracted a number of notables hoping to purchase one of its elegant residences, including DJ and music producer David Guetta, NBA star Manu Ginobili, and Spanish tennis legend Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario.
