Foodies around San Diego know the name Patrick Ponsaty. The acclaimed chef who’s worked at some of the finest restaurants in the America’s finest city, now has a place all his own. This summer, chef Patrick Ponsaty debuted a modern French-inspired menu right here in Rancho Santa Fe.
The upscale restaurant is located in the former Delicias space and features fine dining in the restaurant space and a more casual menu in the bar area. Although the space has been given a facelift, it fits in perfectly with the village of Rancho Santa Fe.
Ponsaty is originally from France and developed his culinary abilities in Monaco and Spain before moving stateside. He’s one of only two French Master Chefs right here in San Diego. Prior to opening his own establishment, he worked for the Grand Restaurant Group.
