Paramount CEO and chairman Brad Grey and his wife, Cassandra, just listed their full-floor home at The Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan’s Upper East Side for $22.5 million—$7 million more than what they paid for the posh pad four years ago.

Located on the corner of Madison Avenue at 35 East 76th Street, the 3,000-square-foot residence encompasses four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-baths, along with a recently-renovated library. Among its luxurious features are beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, a marble bath, and oversized windows overlooking Central Park and the East River.

The Carlyle—a 60-unit residential built in 1930—offers its elite residents all of the five-star hotel’s ample amenities, including twice-daily maid service, in-home catering, and access to a world-class spa and gym. In terms of easy dining, Café Carlyle, Bemelmans Bar, and The Carlyle Restaurant are available for the building’s prominent tenants to enjoy.

Deborah Grubman of the Corcoran Group currently has the listing.
