Originally offered for $11,995,000, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, designed by Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés, features 4,009 square feet of seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The price of the estate dropped closer to $8 million, before Bloom sealed the deal.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels open to a wraparound deck, a resort-style pool, and an outdoor shower.
