Mohamed Hadid Strikes Again, this time with $58 Million Creation

Renowned Developer Mohamed Hadid has placed his latest mansion creation on the market, and it immediately becomes one of the most expensive homes for sale in California.

Back in 2010, Hadid developed a mansion called Le Belvedere that sold for $50 million. He has topped that in 2012 with this $58 million property next to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The property, named Le Palais, features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms over its 48,000-square-feet of living space. The home features crystal chandeliers throughout, a wine cellar, home theater, Turkish bath with limestone columns and a 10-car garage.

Outside lies a 35-foot indoor swimming pool, another pool and a swan pond surrounded by outdoor sculptures.

During construction, the home was featured on Bravo’s reality show Shahs of Sunset.
