Mike Myers, the actor known for his starring role in the Austin Powers series, and his wife Kelly Tisdale have snagged a swanky condo in New York City for $14.6 million, the Observer reported.
The celebrity duo paid slightly more than the asking price of $14.25 million for the 4,241-square-foot, four-bedroom, groovy residence located in the landmarked, restored building at 443 Greenwich St. in Tribeca.
Designed by CetraRuddy Architects, the loft-style apartment, with high ceilings and an open kitchen, is lined with reclaimed wood and wide plank white-oak floors, and is finished with marble and stainless steel accents.
Myers and Tisdale have direct access to a key-locked elevator, as well as to a plethora of amenities, such as a 71-foot indoor lap pool, a fitness center with private studios, a climate controlled wine cellar, an underground parking garage, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck, and a 24-hour concierge service, among many other exclusivities, according the property website.
