Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is pleased to announce that Tower 1 of Greenland US Holding’s Metropolis Los Angeles—set to become the largest mixed-use development on the West Coast—is now over 50% in contract.
Situated strategically by three of Los Angeles’ key neighborhoods, bordering the Harbor Freeway and nestled between the Financial District to the north, and the L.A. Live Hotel and Entertainment complex—including the Staples Center and Los Angeles Convention Center—to the south.
Once finished, the development will feature three residential towers and a high-rise hotel, all poised above a curated selection of luxury retail and fine-dining spots. “We’re so proud to be working with Greenland USA and an award-winning team to not only change the skyline of Los Angeles, but to be setting new benchmarks in the Los Angeles marketplace,” said Lapchih Fan, director of sales for Metropolis.
The project recently revealed a brand new sales gallery and model residence, give consumers and brokers alike an exclusive peek at the homes’ fine and sophisticated finishes. “We’re thrilled by the response from consumers and the incredible momentum in sales at Tower 1 at Metropolis thus far,” said Michael Altneu, vice president of marketing at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Construction of the project’s first phase is expected to be completed in late 2016. For more information, visit the Metropolis Los Angeles’ official website.
