Swann moved from the Midwest in 2005, when her sister, who was a San Francisco resident, told her it was “the greatest city she had ever lived in.” Soon after moving to San Francisco, Swann became fascinated by the grand architecture and history of San Francisco homes. It was then that she decided to pursue real estate as a career. In 2009, she obtained her real estate license, and in 2010, she joined Hill & Co. Real Estate.
