As a certified luxury home specialist for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS), Michele Sullivan has a passion for real estate. In fact, in 2018 she was the number one individual producer in her office and is committed to keeping that coveted standing.  Michele has consistently held a spot in the President’s Circle for the last five years, earning her company-wide recognition as a reliable top producer in her office. Michele also earned the acclaimed certified luxury designation from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for surpassing the requirement of selling a set number of luxury homes.

To earn these top rankings, Michele dedicates her time and energy to her clients and works hard for them to get their desired results.

As one of the top 25 producers in the company, Michele thinks outside the box to get deals done. She has a knack for interior design and often helps clients develop creative design ideas that will garner their listing extra attention. She boasts more than 19 years of experience in the industry and has represented buyers, sellers, investors and major banks. She is often the go-to specialist for several large corporations along with major gaming and casino companies to help relocate their corporate CEOs and executives. Her roster of high profile clients includes athletes from the Vegas Golden Knights, Ultimate Fighting Championship executives and celebrities.

Prior to joining BHHS, Michele owned World Luxury Homes where she was able to hone her skills running her own real estate brokerage. She earned her real estate license in 1999 and her broker’s license in 2006 and has had a front seat watching the industry evolve.

“My longevity in the industry has enabled me to garner unparalleled knowledge and a skill set that can be tailored to each individual client,” said Michele, who specializes in luxury communities in Summerlin. “I am extremely knowledgeable about the luxury communities in Summerlin, and that gives me an edge in the luxury market. If you tell me the street name, I know what subdivision and what community the home is in.”

When she is not working hard for her clients, she is boxing at the gym or practicing for a Spartan competition. She is also a regular contributor to various nonprofit organizations throughout Southern Nevada.

“I set a personal goal to do what I can each year to give back and do my part in making this community a wonderful place to call home,” she said.
