Emily sold El Fureidis, the historic Bertram Goodhue estate in the heart of Montecito, also popularly known as the location of the film ‘Scarface’.
Recently, Emily listed Tuscany Oaks Farm, covered by the Wall Street Journal, and asking $26.5M. Emily helps her clients with listing their properties for sale, and facilitates clients in purchasing their primary residences, second homes, or investment properties. Emily’s dedication to people extends well beyond the borders of Village Properties as she has dedicated her free time serving as the Chair of the Member Services Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and also on the Housing Opportunity Committee for Santa Barbara.
