About Corby Parfitt

Few brokers have had a more interesting, varied, and successful real estate career in the Virgin Islands than USVI Sotheby’s International Realty’s designated broker Corby Parfitt. His journey in the Caribbean began two decades ago when he and his wife Lisa would visit during college for annual voyages throughout the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. After graduate school in Australia and a two-year professional stint in San Francisco, Parfitt and Lisa found themselves drawn back to the daily adventures and calm waters of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Since their return, Parfitt has been at the forefront of the regional real estate market as an elite broker, consultant, developer, and investor.

These experiences have provided him expert insight and a unique understanding of all the various dynamics at play in the Virgin Islands real estate market. As a result, many companies and high net worth individuals often look to Parfitt to oversee due diligence prior to the acquisition of significant residential, commercial, and/or development properties. In addition to serving key roles on several high-profile projects on a number of islands, he has held various executive titles on the St. John Board of Realtors as well as many other local community initiatives. Parfitt’s brokerage style utilizes his unmatched knowledge base of the local and regional markets while providing a world-class level of professional service.
