Bernadette Hunt is an Irish qualified attorney who practiced law in the Turks & Caicos from 1996 to 2007. In that capacity she dealt with company and trust formation and management, conveyancing, development and planning law, immigration and licensing, wills and estates and a host of other matters that crop up in a busy general practice. In 2000 Bernadette co-founded Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. (“TCP”) taking the lead on sales and dividing her time between law and real estate for the next seven years.
In 2007 Bernadette retired from the practice of law to focus on her already sucessful real estate business and since that time every aspect of TCP’s business has expanded dramatically.
Bernadette is the largest listing agent in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Based on independent MLS data she is also the top selling agent in the Turks & Caicos (measured by sales volume “and” dollar value) and has been for the past 7 years. Given her legal background and her high level of sales activity Bernadette is uniquely positioned in the jurisdiction to deliver timely and accurate information on a level that is difficult to match.
TCP’s reputation and success as an “independent” real estate brokerage has been earned over time through the dedication, enthusiasm and consistently outstanding performance of Bernadette Hunt and the Turks & Caicos Property team.
Bernadette works 6 days a week from her 2 offices in Grace Bay and delights in meeting new people and making new business contacts.
