1) Tell us about any new developments or business establishments in your market that you think might help attract potential buyers.
I am currently dabbling in various projects. However, one of my favorites that is in the works, is a new international business development for buyers who are interested in purchasing property in the heart of the Tuscan hills. Who wouldn’t want to live in Italy?!
We have also been working diligently on a fabulous new layout for my website, www.LindaMay.com. We are incorporating some great features such as video, interactive maps and a beautiful new design to help buyers in the luxury market have a seamless and positive experience. 2) Name the top two online or social media outlets you use most frequently when a new property becomes active. How do you use these sites to your advantage when advertising your listing?
The top two social media outlets that I most frequently use to display a new property are Youtube and Facebook. I love that these social media tools have the ability to reach so many people on an international level. I am loving them!
3) With springtime now approaching, are there certain properties you expect to get more attention than others? How can sellers make their properties more marketable in the spring?
We live in a perpetual summer here in sunny Southern California, so it’s only natural that our clients are looking for some beach front property. I currently have a gorgeous listing in the exclusive guard gated enclave of Malibu Beach in Malibu Colony that would make the perfect place to soak up all that California sun!
Sellers can make their properties more marketable in the spring by doing some good old fashioned spring cleaning! Also, don’t forget to plant some beautiful spring flowers. They always make a home feel so much more warm and inviting.
