Being a veteran in the business and accomplishing the great sales you have done- what small piece of advice would you give to a new broker looking to do the same?

Stay thirsty, never become complacent and know that this is a business that takes time, commitment, capital and perseverance. Continuing education and nonstop networking are key. Most importantly, align with a firm who guides, assists and backs their agents.
