Welcome to the Bachelor Pad! Our project, in the heart of Miami Beach, serves as a second home for our client, a successful doctor from New York. Making this space as relaxing as possible was the goal. In the living room/dining room we applied natural marble slabs on the walls, bringing a dramatic look, natural feeling, and unique touch to the white interior.
On the ceiling we used starched venial with a glossy finish, and for the floor finish we used big scale 36×36 white porcelain glossy tile, because it refracts the interior of the apartment and makes the ceiling look higher. All spotlights have been replaced with new modern invisible LED light with despairing in the ceiling which gives an ample amount of light to the space.
The idea was to accompany kitchen, dining and living room together to open up the space. By using white glossy kitchen cabinets, the sunlight reflects disappearing in the space. We match the quartz with the design of the marble wall to mirror the same look of the space. We also utilized quartz because it is a durable material which refrains stains.
We added ample color to the interior design elements by decorating with colorful rugs, orange pillows and bright photography of the iconic South Beach skyline on the walls, coupled with a colorful Deco sculpture by artist Britto.
In the master bathroom we apply the same marble slabs on the wall which give more visual height to the space and bring natural feeling. In the master shower we replaced the wall with frosted glass allowing the natural day light to shine through. And, we used wooden cabinets and vanities from renowned brand Restoration Hardware, with the top of the light plumbing fixture manufacture by TOTO and Dornbracht.
