After a Tuesday evening showing to 40 elite brokers, television industry mogul John W. Kluge’s exquisite Palm Beach estate is officially on the market for $59 million. In 1995, the billionaire Metromedia founder purchased and combined five separate properties to create this iconic residence.

Whether you prefer beachfront views or a more lush, green oasis, the 4.3-acre compound satisfies both desires, complete with a 6,000-square-foot ocean-front house as well as a 12,000-square-foot garden home, which served as Kluge’s main residence. The property includes an additional 3 auxiliary houses currently occupied by members of the staff. With over 21,00–square-feet of living space in total, there will never be any shortage of room for guests after throwing the lavish parties that this property was surely meant for.

Upon entering the main house, you are welcomed by a breathtaking domed ceiling. In every room you will discover classic French windows and doors overlooking the seemingly endless fields of green. The grandeur of the residence is unquestionable, comprised of a full casino and piano lounge. The perfectly groomed gardens are adorned with ornate fountains that only add to the elegance of the early 20th century construction. To top it all off, the expansive property and rows of palm trees give the estate a resort-like feel.
