On the eve of the young couple’s first anniversary, Meester is going all-in with Brody—asking $2.35 million for the four bedroom, 4.5-bathroom ranch near Ventura Boulevard (within walking distance of shops). Meester gained national notoriety when she starred in Gossip Girl from 2007 to 2012.
