Lakeside Terrace consists of 6 units, which vary in size. This complex shares a permitted pier with the 4 units in the adjoining condominium complex for a total of 10 units sharing the pier. 1404 – Unit #4 – consists of 1,470 sq. ft. and has one half bath on the main level along with another living area with fireplace, kitchen and access to the 2-car garage. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, including a lakeside master with bath, a guest bath and gated deck off the two lakeside bedrooms with steps to the lawn and pier.
