Actress and producer, Eva Longoria has trimmed half a million off the asking price of her Hollywood Hills residence. The Mediterranean-style home is now offered at $3.3 million.

Famed for her role as Gabrielle in the hit series Desperate Housewives as well as her own show Telenovela, Longoria first listed the estate earlier this year after purchasing it in 2006 for $3.6 million.

The 8,603-square-foot home sprawls on three floors, which include six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The main living spaces – a full kitchen and an expansive living/dining room with two fireplaces – make up the second level.

Upstairs, another fireplace rests in the master suite, which also features a steam shower, a jetted tub and walk-in closets. The ground floor provides Hollywood-style entertainment with a wet bar and a home theatre. The property, fenced by a lush hedge and surrounded by vistas of the nearby mountains, also boasts a plunge pool and a spa.

The Hollywood Hills house is the third property Longoria is selling in the last year and a half, Mansion Global reported. Her real estate portfolio, however, is far from deflating. In late 2017, Longoria bought a contemporary residence in Beverly Crest for $13.5 million.

Her real estate deals are not the sole engagements that have kept the actress, who is expecting her first child, busy. In early May, she hosted the second Women’s Empowerment Luncheon and Speakers Panel to raise funds for Eva Longoria Foundation and Global Gift Foundation USA – only days after her star-studded baby shower.
