Back in 2014, Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine and his model wife Behati Prinsloo purchased a loft apartment in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The luxe home at 112 Greene Street cost the couple $4.5 million, and is now being sold for a million dollars more.

Located in a cast iron building that was constructed sometime in the early 1900s on a cobblestone street in SoHo, Levine and Prinsloo’s pad has one bedroom, two bathrooms, and an elevator, which takes you directly to the swanky multimillion-dollar apartment. There are restored exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows that provide incredible views of Manhattan.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with windows, a Jacuzzi, and a walk-in shower, while the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops.

The singer, songwriter, and coach on NBC’s The Voice and the Victoria’s Secret Angel, who are expecting their fist child together, are said to have been recently spotted scouting properties in Pacific Palisades, California.
