What do you see as your company’s greatest success in 2012?
One of our greatest accomplishments in 2012 was the launch of our 2nd branch office located in the ultra luxury neighborhood “Sofi” in south beach located at 225 Collins AV Miami Beach, FL 33139. Just after launching the second branch, my partner Roland Ortiz and I set a record sale in the world renowned Icon South Beach Tower by selling a 3 bedroom residence for the highest dollar per square foot in the hstory of the building at $1,260 PSF.
What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities in the coming year ahead?
I see coming forward in 2013 a continued strong demand for high end real estate from our international clientele. Many of which are now investing not only in existing resale inventory but have also started to reserve units in the new ultra luxury and modern preconstruction projects like One Ocean, Palau and Brickell House to name a few. Our company already manages over 300 condominiums between South Beach – Brickell and Downtown. Once these projects are built, it will expand our portfolio of our overseas owners who will have us manage these forthcoming acquisitions.
What changing market aspects will have the greatest impact on the way you conduct business in 2013? It is very clear that preconstruction is heading the forefront once again and not all of our clients necessarily will come on site so we will see more traveling on our part in 201. We will be visiting our clients in Brazil, Italy, Argentina and Venezuela.
What is it about you and your company that sets you apart from the rest?
We are a boutique firm and pride ourselves in providing a highly personalized service experience. Attention to detail is our maximum goal with every client and we maintain the highest regard for every client’s specific needs which always leave us with long lasting relationships. We have an in-house marketing department that customizes marketing collateral specifically tailored for each unique property. We use only the finest marketing platforms such as Haute Living and market heavily during seasonal events such as Art Basel Miami. Our firm specializes in global sales and therefore manages over 300 residences for all of our absentee owners where they can enjoy a carefree real estate ownership experience while their property is producing income for them. Our company not only manages our overseas clients’ assets, to name a few: Epic, Icon, The W South Beach, Marquis Miami… but also assists in repositioning properties from total rehab to staging. We strategically reposition properties for a maximum return to the client, whether it may be in reselling, or holding the high end condos while leasing and generating income.
Our clients will never need to worry about managing contractors or the permitting process for upgrading their property as we offer all of the above as turnkey solutions to all our clients. My partner, Roland Ortiz and I have a 25 year
combined experience in luxury real estate and have been honored as top agents by multiple condominium developers. Our keen expertise offers a very important value to anyone that may be in the market for purchasing real estate.
What are the most important questions a client should ask themselves before selecting an agent in your market?
Someone who is entering the market to acquire real estate should ask the agent for their experience history, how knowledgeable the agent is with the area the client is focusing on and the agent’s track record. It is always a good idea to also obtain a testimonial from a couple of clients the agent has provided service to in the past.
