To provide  more insight on the motivations which lead our partners to excell in their markets, we've posed the following questions to Expert Park City Realtors Tisha Digman and Cam Schiedel.

1. If money was not a object, what is the most special property for sale in your market and Why?

There are two different properties which come to mind which are located in different areas and listed at different price points but special for our market.

The first property is located in the area called Old Town/Park City and was originally built in 1896, and was expanded and restored in 2010. It sits on an oversized lot with privacy and views.  The outside features twin patios with fire pits, hot tub, historic sheds and rock walls, and an enchanting front porch. A replicated front door with stained glass panel welcomes you to the entry with its antique pavers. The interior is absolutely charming with exquisite attention to details from the bead board wainscoting , reclaimed hardwood floors, custom fireplace mantels, dining alcove with its built-in banquets, chandeliers, country kitchen with great center island and appliances that please the gourmet cook, elevator, wonderful master with claw footed tub and steam shower, media room, ski storage and so much more. The way this home was lovingly restored and remodeled with attention to detail makes it very special and one of our favorites. The home is currently listed at $2,995,000.00 For more information on this luxury Park City Properties visit: http://www.luxuryrealestateinparkcity.com/property-details?mls=9992912

The second property, an amazing custom home in the gated community Sandstone Cove was designed by Michael Upwall a renowned architect who’s award winning designs are some of the most sought after in the Park City luxury real estate market.  Originally built for former San Francisco 49er quarterback Steve Young this amazing home sits on just under 10 acres of picturesque land offering limitless recreational activities.   True craftsmanship is showcased throughout, with a comfortable yet elegant feel that transcends from  room to room. The 7-bedroom, 9-bath residence featuring Barclay Butera design and furniture includes a magnificent great room with  floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, theater and billiards rooms, a steam shower, sauna & hot tub.  This house is special because of the wonderful architecture, the beautiful finishes, the views and the land. This home is currently listed at: $4,999,999.00  For more information on this luxury Park City property visit: http://www.luxuryrealestateinparkcity.com/property-details?mls=9992283

2. What is the hottest area in your market today?

The good news about the Park City Real Estate Market is that our demand is up and supply is coming down in all segments of our market.  A couple of the hottest opportunities in our market are at the St. Regis and The Montage. Both of the fabulous developments are located in unbelievable locations on Deer Valley Resort and offer residences that are stunningly beautiful with the highest level of service associated with this caliber of property.

3. Do you have a iPhone, Android, or a Blackberry?

Both of us have Android phones but use an Ipad for various presentations.

4. What are your plans as a real estate agent in the next 10 years?

Wow…that’s a big question.  We plan to continue to grow our business through various branches of real estate.  Of course it goes without saying that we’ll continue to grow with our Sellers and Buyers and always be thinking of new and innovative ways to help our clients achieve their goals.  In addition we plan on growing our own real estate profile by purchasing properties which we’ll either keep as rentals or remodel and sell them for a profit.  Right now there are some great opportunities in Park City and we plan on taking advantage of the advice we give to our clients.

5. Who or what inspired you to get into the real-estate business?

We both had the privilege of growing up with fathers that are developers/Realtors and have been around the real estate industry our entire lives.  It’s in our blood so to speak.  Although we've both had other careers we really can’t imagine doing anything else but selling these beautiful homes and the lifestyle of Park City.
