What do you see as your company’s greatest success in 2012?
We were again fortunate in these very challenging times to have Bernadette as the top listing and selling agent in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities in the coming year ahead?
The luxury end of the market is gaining strength. More buyers are choosing to purchase real estate for lifestyle. There is a significant high end variety of real estate to choose from in the Turks and Caicos from beachfront homes, sites and condos to canal from homes and sites.
What is it about you and your company that sets you apart from the rest?
We are involved in all areas of the market and not just the luxury end. By being involved in all areas of the market we have a wider understanding of the market and the home markets of our buyers. We present our listings in a professional manner with exceptional photography whereas the majority of our competitors do not. Professional presentation of all listings is very important.
What are the most important questions a client should ask themselves before selecting an agent in your market?
What is the agent’s level of experience?
How well do they know the jurisdiction?
Has the agent invested in real estate or in a home in the jurisdiction.?
Is the agent a good listener?If they are then they will easily sift through the properties on the entire MLS and put together a short list of properties to view.
