If New York City’s Soho is where you want to be, we’ve got news. Haute 100 originator Ian Schrager is moving out and you can have his old PH address and the luxury living that comes with it for $12.5 million. Among the four-bedroom, 3,630-square foot perch’s many features, are a private, skylit gym and breathtaking, 360-degree views of downtown.

In what may sound like a lateral move, Schrager is swapping the good life in his old duplex for the multiplex luxury of 40 Bond, his newest creation and abode situated in Noho. We took a peek behind 40 Bond’s glass and steel exterior in 2007 and wondered why he would leave such a stunning site. Schrager told Haute Living that his newest residence is all about the “art of living”. As we all know, life requires movement.

With this news of his newest move, it seems like the “good bones” Schrager talked about providing to apartment buyers in our cover story “King of Cool” are proving to be hard for even the creator to resist.
