Luxury Property Across the Pond

London real estate has been on our radar screens this week. In addition to our report of the number of Indian billionaires who are taking up residence in Kensington, we also discovered this luxury mansion in London, aptly named, “The Mansion.”
This trophy property in Kenwood was the brainchild of Anil and Marisa Varma, the husband and wife team who have brought to life many unique homes in the exclusive Hampstead and Highgate avenues. “The Mansion” is 16,400 square feet of clean lines and uncluttered space. A tour inside will reveal eight bedrooms suites, nine bathrooms, six reception rooms, a cinema, beauty salon, gym with pool, and staff apartments. Elevator service and underground parking for six are available to accommodate the future residents. Two landscaped terraces and 7,300 square feet of gardens decorate the grounds.
The house is listed for sale, although the price remains unpublished.
