Janklow Divorce Sets Stunning Townhouse on the Market
By Jessica Willis

Just a few weeks after the news hit Page Six that Luke and Julie Janklow were splitting the couple’s townhouse on West 12th Street was placed on the market for $24.975 million. The residence is currently listed with powerhouse real estate broker Paula Del Nunzio. The power-couple bought the home in 2004 for $4.5 million after another high-profile divorce between Andre Balazs and Katie Ford (CEO of Ford Models). Apparently the townhouse is cherished by no one as much as Luke Janklow himself. CityFile.com reported that Janklow once made all guests to a book party wear booties over their shoes to avoid soiling his marble staircase.
Luke Janklow is a senior literary agent at Janklow & Nesbit Associates firm, while wife Julie founded the prominent restaurant Sweetiepie just last year. The hotspot is located in the West Village and well-known for such novelties as its human-sized birdcage.
