Britney’s New Diggs

Pop-star Britney Spears is reportedly moving into a new $8.9 million Calabasas home. This comes just days after she dropped the price of her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City to $7.195 million, although the home remains on the market.
Her new pad is a gated, 7,500-square-foot Italian Renaissance-inspired villa, complete with wet bar, library, den, and stone and mosaic tile floors. Brit-Brit’s master bedroom has a fireplace and loggia. The property also boasts a pool, spa, arbor, and three garages for the pop princess’ many rides.
Spears cited the quiet neighborhood as one of the reasons fueling her move, although with the flock of paparazzi that constantly trail the starlet, who knows how quiet the neighborhood will be once she settles in. She was also drawn to the area due to its accessibility to parks and recreation areas for her two young sons.
